since后面要接过去的时间点，for 后面要接的是时间段，都常用现在完成时，而且动词必须是可延续性动词。如： Ｗｅ　have been good friends since we met each other three years ago. Whe have been good friends for three years. three years ago是时间点， three years 是时间段。
